Every service exists to eliminate a real problem between idea and production.
Structural Development
We design packaging geometry considering material, cutting and scoring equipment, and assembly line behavior. The result is a structure that works in the real world, not just on paper.
Feasibility Studies
Before any production, we analyze whether the solution is viable: board type, GSM, grain direction, shipping box. We prevent rework at the most critical moment — after file approval.
Cut Optimization
We intelligently fit the dieline to the die: less material waste, better sheet utilization, more competitive production cost — without compromising structural integrity.
Technical Specification
We document every decision: material, thickness, score type, assembly direction. The supplier receives a file with no room for interpretation — which reduces production errors.
Prototyping and Mockup
We produce physical prototypes for validation before scale production. This allows testing assembly, product fit, lid resistance and end consumer experience at minimal cost.
Integrated Prepress
The graphic file is developed on the actual dieline — not on a generic template. Bleeds, folds and print direction are already considered before the final artwork reaches the client for approval.
Methodology
Our development process
Each stage exists to reduce uncertainty before reaching production.
Briefing
We understand the product, market and constraints. Dimensions, weight, preferred material, available assembly line, regulatory restrictions. The more information at this stage, the less rework in subsequent ones.
Research and References
We analyze existing market solutions, technical category references and point-of-sale restrictions. The goal is to reach development with clarity on what has already been done and why it can be improved.
Structural Development
We design the dieline with specialized tools (ArtiosCad, EngView, Esko). Every score, cut and glue is calculated. At this stage we already consider the equipment that will produce the die and the behavior of the chosen material.
Prototyping
We produce the physical prototype at real scale. This is the moment to validate assembly, lid resistance, product fit and shelf presence — before any investment in tooling or printing.
Technical Validation
We review the file with the die supplier, confirm printing tolerances and adjust the dieline if necessary. Only after this approval does the file proceed to final artwork.
Delivery for Production
We deliver the complete package: approved dieline, technical specification, assembly instructions and prepress file ready for the printer. The supplier does not need to guess anything.

Kit presente para linha de skincare
Desafio
Kit com três produtos de tamanhos diferentes precisava de embalagem única com posicionamento interno fixo, sem usar EVA ou plástico.
Solução
Bandeja interna em papelão com berços individualizados, cortados na mesma faca da caixa externa para reduzir custo de ferramental.
Resultado
Embalagem 100% papel, custo de ferramental 40% abaixo do orçamento inicial e aprovada no teste de queda sem modificações.
